This letter is regarding the work Zokal completed with DEC on installing the Fibre Optic Data Cable down on the side of the 6000 T Bin at the CHPP Plant on Centennial Coal's Tahmoor site.

Your assistance in assuring the competency of the contracted persons involved the job and then supervising the fibre optic cable down the side of the 6000 T Bin showed that your team was both technically qualified and experienced enough to safely undertake such an operation. As an observer and site OH&S manager I watched Zokal team members demonstrating a good grasp of the theory of Working with Heights whilst putting that theory into practice.

I was happy to work with a group of people who could adequately address our site needs and also satisfy the requirements of the relevant legislation. The Risk Assessment /Safe Work Method Statement process was completed efficiently with all persons working on the job being consulted.
