Risk Management Training
At Zokal we work with employers/employees to help embed the process of Risk Management as a regular part of their business. We do this by discussing each part of the process with all parties to identify all critical areas to help achieve goals.
Our program has been developed to focus on a comprehensive risk management strategy for industries. This training programme provides a broad introduction to the subject of risk management.
It explores both the positive and negative aspects of risk and aims to improve knowledge and practical skills in the identification assessment and control of business risk.
| COURSE PURPOSE |
| The purpose of this program is to cover the competency required to apply basic risk control processes at a work site. You will be instructed in how to identify hazards, assess risk, identify unacceptable risk, identify and implement risk control measures as well as complete records and reports. |

BSBOHS504A – Apply principles of OHS risk management. |

| Theory and practical skill development sessions covering: Risk Management Process, Gathering Information, Establishing the Parameters, Identifying the Risks, Analysing the Risks, Evaluating the Risk, Control Measures, Reviewing the Process. |
